Arizona Adoption Laws were ceated by Liberal Ne'er-do-wells

This is a subject that has been on my mind and has pissed me off for many years.

I cannot speak for other states, but in Arizona if you want to adopt a child you have to go classes run by a bunch of idiot psychobabble morons to inform you how to raise your child.
We wanted to adopt a child, even after explaining that we have children, the state said, 'We don't care, attend the school or you are not qualified as parents.'
The state's adoption bureau information office told us if we weren't happy then go adopt a child from overseas, because even if we adopted from another location inside the United States we would still half to abide by Arizona laws.

Again, you have to just say - WTF !!

We decided against adoption, so some little girl somewhere didn't get a home because of the idiotic bureaucracy and stupid Arizona Adoption Laws.
Why you ask - well we were quite offended when told that we had no knowledge on how to raise a child even though we have done so successfully, that we should adopt from some third world shit-hole country, and who the hell has the time to attend some stupid classes.
You have to wonder, how many children in Arizona or the United States for that matter don't get adopted because of the government?
In case you are asking yourself, why didn't we go to a private or non profit adoption agency, because they are subject to the same laws.
What's worse, we wanted a little girl and were willing to take a child from 5 to 10 years old. Most parents want infants. Older children are harder to place, but the state doesn't give a crap as long as they get what they want!

If I ever run for office I am going for the BIG ONE, governor, and there are so many things I'd like to change, starting with doing business in the government using common sense!
