Yesterday I went in to pay my bill and APS got rid of the 'Payment Only Line' and installed those looped rope style waiting lines instead.
This causes people who simply want to get in and out fast by paying their utility bill to wait in line for people with problems or issues. Many of these are Non Speaking English Illegals.
Why in hell should I have to wait in line to give someone money?
Why are these greedy asshole utility companies even hooking electric power and other types of service (gas, water, sewer, trash, cable, telephone, etc.) to homes and apartments with Illegals?
It comes down to pure greed by these utility companies and their monopoly on services.
Utility companies of all kinds should have to compete for your service !!!
This would reduce the cost to the consumer, and improve customer service.
My husband, Mr. NO Patience, is gonna inquire today about me running for politics in Arizona. I am thinking of running for Governor. I have no experience but I do have common sense and no political ties.
I can't wait to come home from work today and hear what he was told, nothing good I bet.
I used to live in AZ. APS can suck it.
